Upde Designs

Bummer of a day weather wise.  I was slammed today with trying to get all my year-end stuff done so I didn’t have time to shoot any images today.  The image above is an old Nativity scene that we’ve had for years.  Jeanne just put it out yesterday so I shot it tonight.

Recognize the sky?  It is from my “evil sky” image.  I rarely watch TV so I either read, take an online lesson or just practice my Photoshop skills.

So you can tell I had too much time on my hands with this image.   This is another one of my favorite Christmas decorations.  We’ve had it a long time and one of the kids broke off the lantern.  I glued it back on a few years ago but it doesn’t light up any more.  So I had to help it a little.  I’m not thrilled with this effort but it has some interest.

One of my favorite things to shoot are barns.  The barn above is a particular favorite of mine and I have taken many images of it.  Yesterday as I was out looking for something to shoot I drove by “my barn” and grabbed a few images of it.  It lends itself to my retro look.  I think it just looks so cold and barren.

Spaghetti

One of my favorite dishes is Spaghetti.  I particularly like it the way Jeanne makes it.  We had this last night and I had my camera out taking pictures of Josh so I thought this dish looked worthy of an exposure. Bon appetite.
