Happy Tuesday!
Yesterday I drove to Manchester, Iowa and had lunch with my dear Friend John. We have been friends for 46 years and as usual it was a very enjoyable time spent talking, reminiscing, remembering, and looking forward.
I don’t remember the name of the place we ate at but the first two places we went to were closed. I was telling John about my done adventures and he pointed out there was a nice park / stream just next door to the restaurant. So what’s with this creature? Well, you’ll have to watch the 6 minute video below to find out.
Enjoy your day and be careful.

I’m still not sure if it was a coyote or a wolf. The view of the lakes is beautiful, surprised that no-one was fishing, which would be my favourite pastime. It’s worth noting that I live 15 miles from Manchester UK. Since local government reorganization some years ago, our address was changed to Greater Manchester. As we were originally in Lancashire, we still consider ourselves Lancastrians. Lancashire has a very old history, the Monarch is also the Duke of Lancaster and the Wars of the Roses was between the houses of Lancaster and York, Yorkshire. Perhaps you can understand that we are proud Lancastrians, not Mancunians.

Hi John. Thank you for your comment. I’m not sure what particular animal they were trying to create but I took it to be a wolf. The area I flew over is really beautiful and I hope I was able to capture that fact. Hope you are doing well and in good health. Thanks again for following my blog. More to come.
