We decided to go out for a little drive yesterday afternoon, even though it was somewhat overcast and of course brown.

Came across this old barn structure.  You know, if you’ve followed this blog for very long I have a great love for old barns.  The older the better and the more they are deteriorating the better.

I walked up to the residence to seek permission to photograph this old guy in greater detail but after several knocks and no answer I left.  I won’t go on someone’s property without permission.  I was standing on the road for this shot.

Closer to dusk we came across this wonderful sky with just the hint of the sun behind the clouds.  One of those situations where you get as far off the road as possible with flashers on and grab a few shots as quickly as possible.On the way home near sunset we saw this wonderful sky.  I had to take the shot.
