Happy Tuesday!
I have some images from Josh’s last soccer game of 2015. It was like an oven at the field. Temperatures were hovering around 92 with a heat index of 103 degrees. I took an umbrella to keep some of the sun off Jeanne and I but the wind was strong enough that it made it difficult to hold on to.
Thank God for the wind though because without it the heat would have been unbearable.
Josh was very proud of his soccer medal (I suspect there will be more) and he also got a nice Popsicle. Not sure which he was most excited about.
Busy day yesterday (for me anyway.) We had a meeting with our financial guy, then home to mow and trim the lawn, suited up and went for a 23 mile bike ride, and then changed clothes and took a golf lesson. No nap time. 😦
I love this image of Josh as he takes a break from the action. They are really careful with the kids making sure they stay hydrated and that there are plenty of rest breaks between the action.
