Happy Friday!

I had benefit meetings in Cedar Rapids yesterday and on the way back to Maquoketa saw some interesting farm scenes.

The weather was really strange as I could see snow showers on one side of the road, with areas of yellow sunshine mixed in and gray, cloudy skies on the other side of the road.  It was weird.

My eye continues to improve and I’m grateful for that.  I received a nice email from Sharon yesterday stating that she had cataract surgery in both of her eyes in October and she assured me that it does get better each day.  Sharon was my first love in first grade.  🙂

I do not have any profound thoughts to share today.  Apparently I’m running on empty so it’s a good thing this is Friday.
