Happy Monday!
I hope you had a great Mother’s Day at your home. Angie, Ben and the Grands came over for lunch. Unfortunately Mark couldn’t make it and he was missed. We had a lot of fun playing with the kids and visiting with Angie and Ben. Then after a lunch with way too many carbs it was time for a nap. 🙂
I have three images for you today from my Green Island shoot. Especially for my good friend Betty who loves Canadian Geese. This is the time of year when new goslings are hatched and spend the summer and part of the fall growing up and getting ready to migrate or in many cases stay here. I see more geese around here in the winter months than in summer.
The image above shows a pair of geese with their new goslings close by. Remember you can click on the images and make them larger to see more detail.
This little guy got separated from his parents, they were swimming in a bunch of reeds and tall grass and I think he was busy watching me and got distracted. 😦
Not to worry though as his Mother was keeping close watch on him and he made it safely back with his siblings. 🙂
Rainy and cool here today so I doubt that I will get out with my camera. I have a late 2013 iMac that has really gotten painfully slow. I’m going to install 32 gb of RAM in it today (assuming UPS does its thing.) That is the easiest upgrade to do. If that doesn’t improve things, which I think it will, I may attempt to install a SSD in it. I really like the computer just not the snail’s pace it is at now.
That’s it for today. Thanks for stopping by the blog.
Enjoy your day and be careful. You can skip the sunscreen today (at least in our part of the world.)
