Happy Hump Day Wednesday!
Some more images from the fly in breakfast this past Sunday. I love this image as Gabby is asking me to take her. What ever happened on the river a couple of weeks ago continues as she is my girl now. Angie said that she will now say “Papa” but she won’t yet say “Mama.” Well all I can say is she took her sweet time warming up to me. 🙂
You can see the wonder in his eyes. Last year he was just so excited to see real airplanes up close. This year he wanted to actually fly them. Just being up close to them was not enough this year.
My buddy Jake and I are taking a golf lesson this evening after work. My golf swing is so bad I’m having trouble even hitting the ball. So I called the pro from the club I use to belong to and he said “sure come on out and we’ll see if I can fix you.”
So yes it’s late in the season and I may only play one more time but I can’t stand thinking about my awful swing the entire winter without doing something about it. 🙂
Josh waves at us as he, his Mother and Gabby head for their vehicle. We had a fun time at the airport, although I’ve never had to stand so long in line before. 9:30 a.m. is just a little too late to get out there.
I stopped and got some more bird seed last night as the birds go through it like gas through a funnel. By the time I “chored” around the feeder line it was getting a little dark and there were no birds to photograph. I’ve really let my bird feeder project get away from me. Hopefully as migrations start soon I’ll be able to get some different species of birds for my project.
That’s it for today. Enjoy your day. Thanks for stopping by and be careful.
