Happy Thursday!
Back from Ames and the end of life celebration for Jeanne’s Mother. It is always a difficult time mixed with fond remembrances, emotional good-byes, and the closeness of family and friends. Our Grandchildren were a source of joy and comfort and their energy knew no bounds.
Austin has learned to crawl so we cannot just lay him down and know that he will stay there. He has really perfected the crawling thing in the last couple of weeks. 🙂
Some dear friends from Dubuque, Al and Sue, drove over from Dubuque to Ames to be with Jeanne. They did that when her Father passed as well. Amazing.
Yes I always have a camera with me. I don’t always use it but there were moments I wanted to capture at the visitation that will be looked upon in later years with some good memories.
Mark and Taylor were at the visitation as well.
