Happy Tuesday! ~ 241
Long day yesterday and a short post today. I am training all day today. Sometimes a real challenge to keep it interesting enough to maintain their attention yet informative enough to impart knowledge. Perhaps beyond my skill set but I will give it my best.
Jeanne and I went to her PEO group picnic last evening at Eagle Point Park. Spouses were invited and the event was catered by Hy-Vee. I’m not very good at making small talk and it was hot, so I was doubly uncomfortable. There were some good friends there and I spent some time with a couple of them. The food was good but the chicken had some seasoning on it that didn’t agree with me.
I did take my camera and shot a few images of the river, but the area of the picnic did not allow much in the way of photographic opportunities (at least to my eye.) Got home around 8:45 p.m. much too late to capture an images for my bird feeder project, so another shot of an empty bird feeder. 😦
I took a shower because it was so hot at the park and called it a night. 90s today Ugh…
